Flovvy

Changelog

New features, improvements and fixes in every Flovvy release.

🐛 Fixes

  • Fixed Yap! bots sometimes not giving a final reply after using too many actions in a row.
  • Fixed Twitch event subscriptions that could conflict and cause Yap! bots to miss some events.
  • Fixed Yap! bots not learning about the error when a Twitch poll or prediction title or option is too long: they now get the error and can try again.
  • Declining access while connecting a platform no longer leads to an error page.

✨ Features

  • The Soundscape music builder now suggests music prompts to help you get started, with a fresh selection each time.

🐛 Fixes

  • The “new update available” notification no longer keeps popping up when there’s no new release. It now appears only when a new version is published.
  • Fixed the layout of the Widgets button in the main menu.
  • Widget thumbnails no longer show a gray background in the corners.

🔧 Improvements

  • Yap! triggers and actions that aren’t available to you now clearly show why, with a button to connect the required platform or to reauthorize it if your connection is missing some permissions.
  • Yap! bots respond more reliably: if the main AI model can’t reply, a backup model steps in.
  • The Yap! settings tab now reminds you that the minimum donation amount and maximum donation message length settings have moved to the trigger settings.
  • Notifications have been redesigned to look consistent across all dashboard pages.
  • Texts on the token balance top-up screen are now clearer.

🐛 Fixes

  • Disconnecting a Twitch account now properly cleans up Yap! Twitch subscriptions, even if Twitch had already removed some of them on its side.
  • AI music generation no longer fails when a request mentions a copyrighted artist or song: the request is now automatically rephrased so the music still gets generated.

✨ Features

  • Confetti 🎉: Special moments, like finishing a widget installation, are now celebrated with confetti. You can turn it off in General settings.

🔧 Improvements

  • The final step of the Yap! and Soundscape quickstart guides now includes a short video guide.
  • If you have used Yap! before, its quickstart guide now introduces what’s new in Yap! 2.0.

✨ Features

  • Soundscape: Viewers can now save their compositions in the Soundscape donation app and load them again later. Recently sent compositions are kept too.
  • Yap!: The Yap! donation app on DonationAlerts has been redesigned.

🔧 Improvements

  • The Yap! and Soundscape apps on DonationAlerts now appear only while you are running widgets that can show those donations, so viewers don’t donate when nothing would be displayed.
  • Merchandise sale widget events now include the item image.
  • Emails now have a proper dark theme.

🐛 Fixes

  • The Yap! chat page no longer breaks if a bot is deleted while it’s in the chat.
  • Yap! bots can look up Twitch channel information again.
  • Fixed the loading spinner in the changelog.

✨ Features

  • Yap! 2.0: A true AI assistant.
    • In addition to dedicated Yap! donations, bots can now react to regular DonationAlerts donations, Soundscape donations, and a wide range of Twitch events on your channel: follows, paid and gifted subscriptions, resubscriptions, raids, Bits and Power-Ups, polls and predictions, Hype Trains, Shoutouts, and changes to your stream title and category.
    • Beyond reacting to events, bots can take actions on Twitch: change your stream title and category, manage polls and predictions, issue warnings, timeouts, and bans, lift restrictions, and delete chat messages. You can enable or disable each available action individually.
    • Bots can retrieve information about your Twitch channel and viewers to take stream status, viewer roles, subscriptions, and other details into account when responding.
    • To enable Twitch features, link your account under “Integrations” in settings.
    • Customization: for each trigger, you can set the probability of a reaction, enable and configure a cooldown between reactions, require a mention of the bot’s name, or let the bot decide for itself whether to react to an event. Many tools also have their own settings. Customize everything to your liking!
    • Extraordinary capabilities call for extraordinary models — bots now use the latest LLMs.
    • Bot memory has been completely reworked. Bots now retain context better during long conversations and can even add important facts to their biographies as they chat. These memories persist within the current chat and are cleared when you start a new one.
    • The limit for additional context and instructions has increased from 1,000 to 2,000 characters. The information you provide there influences the bot reactions and actions described above.
    • You can now choose the language of bot responses independently of the control panel language.
    • The settings for the minimum Yap! donation amount and maximum message length have moved to the corresponding trigger.
    • The interface has been redesigned to support the new features. It now has separate tabs for chat, bots, settings, triggers, actions, and system information.
    • Each message can now be replayed or skipped in the widget independently of other chat messages.
  • Soundscape: Now with song and music generation.
    • Added the ability to generate songs and music with AI.
    • Completely redesigned the track creation interface on the donation page.
    • Tracks and settings now have separate tabs in the control panel. The track gallery has a refreshed look.
  • Token balance: Tokens are credited when you receive Yap! or Soundscape donations and whenever someone uses your cloned voice. You can also top up directly through DonationAlerts. Tokens are spent on the new Yap! 2.0 features. With moderate use, tokens earned from donations fully cover the cost of LLM requests.
  • Notifications: In General settings, you can add and verify your email address and configure email and control panel notifications for various events. Notifications can be disabled with one click.

🔧 Improvements

  • Integrations: Added status checks for connected integrations. If a problem is detected, the control panel will display a notification and suggest how to resolve it.
  • Integrations: The connection page now shows account details and available events, triggers, and actions for Yap!. Disconnecting an integration now requires confirmation.
  • Updated the main menu. Yap! and Soundscape have moved from General settings to their own sections for easier navigation. You can quickly switch between them using the navigation menu.
  • The changelog now loads older entries as you scroll.
  • Pop-up notifications have an updated design and more features.
  • Made numerous internal changes and optimizations.

  • Fixed the position of the indicator showing that a widget is running.

🐛 Fixes

  • The SDK now waits for its styles and scripts to finish loading before starting, which avoids first-visit glitches.

🔧 Improvements

  • Expanded SDK capabilities for developers.
  • Improved overall stability and expanded the background tasks system.
